“At 71, I feel 35”

When I met Amanda, I probably weighed about 160 and at some point hit a high of 170.  With the consistent work I've done with her in the morning twice a week, as well as a focus on healthier eating and the addition of some Korean yoga/tai chi on other days and either riding a bike or walking during the pandemic in the afternoon, I'm now at a pretty steady 135. And at 71, I feel 35....no aches and pains, limber, fast-walking, easy bending, and healthy. 

Amanda takes great personal interest in her clients and there is nothing perfunctory about how she operates.  She genuinely cares about your results, and if you put in the effort, you will see results over time without getting hurt. I can't recommend her highly enough.
